For weeks now, I’ve focused on finding more joy. On my walks and in times of stress, I (try) to remember to chant my mantra: “I intend to live a life full of Joy, Abundance, Success and Peace.”

About a month ago, I found a Joy rock. It’s a charm I keep in my pocket. Who can’t benefit from having a pocket full of joy!?!
The quote above stopped me in my tracks this morning. Maybe I’ve gotten off track in this search for joy … it’s still tumbling through my head … maybe more gratitude will lead me to JASP …
